3 Value-Based Principles To Live A Life Filled With Clarity, Confidence, and Courage

Over the past six months, I have:

  • Been strengthened in my faith by the grace of God
  • Overcome severe depression, anxiety, and burnout; and
  • Gained a clearer vision for launching my transformative business

And in all of these experiences, God has taught me a lot about what matters in life, and what doesn’t.

Several of the things I used to care about, I don’t anymore. And things I used to not care very much about are now my top priorities

These are my new 3 value-based principles for life:

1. Observe With Clarity

Pay attention to how God has allowed my past experiences, skills, and gifts to collide with opportunities to be a blessing to others, with my family being first.

2. Stand With Confidence

Embrace my quirkiness and unique personality traits, (rather than hiding them) because there is freedom in being authentic before God and people — and “free people, free people!” **Did you get that? 🤔

3. Run With Courage

Show up in the world bold and courageous — not letting fear knock me down or count me out from doing life and work on mission.

🗝 Key Message:

By taking time to reflect on the joys and challenges of life, you can identify what is most important in your life.

👟 Take Action:

Think through what “value-based principles” are guiding the way you live, work, and play.
